We also analyze the results to create for you a customized corrective exercise and/or injury management regime to have you ready to execute your Full Base to Race Training Program and have you firing on all cylinders.

Beginner Base Phase 1

This Training Plan runs for a total of 5 weeks. This plan starts with an initial baseline testing week (4 days/week) followed by a 4 week base training (5 days/week) development plan that targets the following key components of the athletes physiology: Aerobic Efficiency, Skill Development, Muscular Strength
Preview Phase 1

Beginner Base Phase 2

Meant to be performed after the Phase 1 plan or after you have an initial base period built up. This Training Plan runs for a total of 4 weeks. This plan is a 4 week base training (5days/week) development plan that targets the following key components of the athletes physiology:Aerobic Efficiency, Skill Development, Muscular Strength

Intermediate Base Phase 1

This Training Plan runs for a total of 5 weeks. This plan starts with an initial baseline testing week (4 days/week) followed by a 4 week base training (5 days/week) development plan that targets the following key components of the athletes physiology: Aerobic Efficiency, Skill Development, Muscular Strength

Marathon Build Plans

Build Phase 1

This training plan runs for a total of 4 weeks and takes you from the end of the foundational base development up to middle of the build phase of training. This plan places an emphasis on aerobic development along with the skills to compliment the engine we are building. Athletes completing this build and build II will be ready to fire on all cylinders as the volume and intensity progresses into the build.
Preview Phase 1

Build Phase 2

This training plan runs for a total of 4 weeks and takes you from the end of the Build I to the peak phase of training. This plan places an emphasis on aerobic development along with the skills to compliment the engine we are building. Athletes completing this build will be ready to fire on all cylinders as the volume and intensity progresses into the build.

Build Phase 1-2

This training plan runs for a total of 8 weeks and takes you from the end of the foundational base development up to the peak phase of training. This plan places an emphasis on aerobic development along with the skills to compliment the engine we are building. Peak Phase 1

This training plan runs for a total of 4 weeks and takes you from the end of the build up to the Build II in preparation for the taper of training into race week. This plan places an emphasis on aerobic development along with the skills to compliment the engine we are building. Athletes completing this peak has embedded specificity to make sure you are ready for your marathon a few short weeks away.

This training plan runs for a total of 4 weeks and takes you from the end of the peak I up to the taper of training into race week. This plan places an emphasis on aerobic development along with the skills to compliment the engine we are building. Athletes completing this peak has embedded specificity to make sure you are ready for your marathon a few short weeks away.
